Did you know...That every page of the Aldridge's website includes this disclaimer statement: “The golf course redevelopment, the development of the Motorcoach Resort and the construction of a portion of the club facilities has not commenced or is not complete, and there can be no assurances given that these club facilities will be completed, completed on the anticipated schedule, or, if completed, that such club facilities will be completed as presently planned.”
In fact, their business plan has already changed many times since they originally began this development. And yet the City is banking everything on the fact that they will deliver exactly as they originally promised to the City, delivering the expected revenues and jobs. Is our City Council really that naive? We aren't....
