DID YOU KNOW.... (#1)

...That the beautiful golf course land currently overlooking the lake that the Aldridges proudly promote in their marketing videos is the very same 49 acres that they plan to bulldoze and replace with 279 concrete pads? 

If you look at the picture above, you will see the area that the Aldridges plan to destroy and replace with cement and outdoor lighting.  And it's the very land that is designated as an "open space" buffer between the homes and the National Wildlife Refuge.

And this is what "Creating a Destination Resort" for Lake Havasu is all about?  We don't think so.

Here We Go Again....

Let's see... the City is willing to spend $138K (money they didn't HAVE to spend) to rush into a Special Election to benefit one "developer" who is a friend.... but they don't have the money to remove the dirt from Rotary Park which would benefit thousands of "everyday" people?
